Subject: Pulsation when braking IP: Logged
Message: My QC "surges" sometimes when breaking. I thought it was out of round break drums or warped rotors because of the way the truck bounces and shakes when I brake. I brought it to the dealer to have it checked out and they told me it was because the "REAR SHOCKS" were bad. They said I was experiencing a mild "wheel hop". They had to order the shocks so I'll have to wait a week to see if that fixes the problem. I have never heard of that before. It makes some sense because there is no pulsation in the brake pedal at any speed when applying the main brake or when stepping on the emergency brake. Has anyone experienced this before? I hope they are not blowing smoke up my "you know what".

Message: As long as under warrenty let them change what they want.
If not under warrenty get a good pair of aftermarket shocks.

Message: Hold on to your money until I get the shocks installed and prove that it was the problem. I'll post the results as soon as the truck is fixed.
