Having loud humming noise from passenger front tire? Jacked it up and when I rotate the left front tire forward the right front tire turns backward. When I turn the left front tire backwards the right front does not turn. Is this normal?

do u have 4WD? if so your truck is junk take to the nearest salvage yard and see if u can pay then to take it
