My 93 has been doing this more lately. When I pull up to a stoplight the engine starts to surge, or hunt up and down. If I put it in nuetral it stops. After the truck has been running awhile it doesn't surge it just dies, but it starts right back up and if I put it in gear it starts surging again. Any idea what is causing this? I've checked for computer codes and there isn't any stored. I'm stumped. Its a 93 with the 5.2 has well over 200,000 miles and has had to many parts replaced to list. But I need some ideas what could be wrong so don't hold back. If you have an idea spill it and I'll check it out if I haven't already. Thanks

Not yet Daddio. But I will since you mentioned it. Hope your right but then again it is a DODGE and it's never that simple. I'll let ya know what if any dif. it makes. Thanks for the input.
