 Subject: 5.9 injectors on a 5.2?

i was at the junkyard today and came across 1995 5.9 injectors out of a van i measured them with my multimeter and they read 12.5 ohms and the stock injectors on my 1994 318 read 14.4 ohms. has anyone tried these. my truck is running a little lean from the cold air intake, fastman throttle body, modded intake manifold, headman headers, cherry bomb instead of a cat and a dyno max cat back exhaust system. i am going to try this swap later this week and was wondering if any one has done this and what were the results? thanks
