Message: sure it will fit. Shelby did it. Just no clutch fan. Must use eletric fans on the out side of raditor. You can always replace the front fenders and hood to update the front and give more room. Same cabs just have to move the front mounting points for fenders. Use the 95 pcm but otherwise good to go on the swap.

Message: Yeah I think in 1992 with the late introduction of the magnum v8, they made the engine compartment a little deeper. The clutch fan does take up a lot of room so. Installing an electric fan like Tarna said would save a lot of space. Luckilly 1995 is still OBD1

Put an electric fan in it, but the 91 already has
the v8 so it should be pretty much no problem

Message: I have a 1991 5.2 with the od Auto. I want to put a 5.9 from a 1995-2000 in it from a ram 1500. What will I need to change? I herd Oil pan, PCM and I see the 5.9 has a very tall intake where the 5.2 I have is very low with a throttle body on it.Thanks

Message: s91360dakota,
just finished my 360 swap to my 95. Need to change oil pan and pickup tube - diffently. pcm ? thats still up for debate. Im using a 318 pcm on my 360 and she runs bitchn. I cant find anyone that can prove there is a differnce for the 318/360 pcms. Only differnce i can find is ether stick or auto. If your staying with an auto, thats it. Intakes are the same. trust me. wire harrness - same, externals - same, even used the 318 exhaust maniflods. make sure you use the proper 360 flywheel. I kept mine stick so I had to find the right flywheel but if your staying with auto just use the flexplate on the 360. I have a 360 flexplate, 318 pcm, and rebuilt auto trans for sell if you know anyone who needs one.
Hope this helps
