Had a power steering pump that was whining very badly. Replaced it with an Advanced AutoParts rebuilt one, ran new fluid into reservoir while LP line was draining into old milk jug. New Pump whines some and the power part of the steering goes away at low RPMs or at a stop. I only get my power steering back if I rev to higher RPMs. What have I done wrong? Any help is appreciated.
