Message: Might be able to find one sitting on someone's desk holding down some papers. It's my understanding that they don't work.

Message: yes the spacers do work. they work great on the 4.7's. diff intake design. they dont work on the 5.2's or 5.9's. intake has too many angles.

Message: So you have the true 68mm TB like I do. The TB spacer to small? Damn. I was hoping to give it a try. No anyone running an Airmax intake? Are they the same as others? I don't think my 360intakez is givin me enough air. The airmax is 3.5" ID.

Message: A TB spacer on a 91 should work very well. The 91's are TBI not SMPI like the 92's and up. I know they work very well on the chevy TBI units. Don't see why it wouldn't work well on the dodge setup. Holley makes the TB's for those, they may have something for you.

| RE: Question IP: Logged
Message: yes i had one. like i said i had to sell it when i got a bigger tb. the reason why they work well on the 4.7 is the intake design. its not all about the 90 degree angles. with the design of our intakes it allows the helix affect to actually work. fyi you are probably getting plenty of air through your airmax but reading up and talking to techs about the stock intake manifold they do nothing but bash how pathetic it is and how no air gets through it. they are working on another. they said that this is the reason that we lack so much top end because we cannot get enough in.
