2 days ago my "check gauges" light came on while driving 70 mph down the highway. I noticed my voltage meter was pegged all the way to the right in the high end. I pulled over and within seconds it dropped back down to normal. It happened again later that day, and dropped down when I kicked on the AC. It was noticed doing it again today driving around town. I came home and checked the batt cables which weren't too bad, and cleaned them and refastened tightly. Battery is about 2 years old. No other problems notice, no weird sounds, radio interference. Any ideas besides voltage regulator?
