Message: I have a stock 2006 4.7L V8 magnum. I want my truck to stand out on the streets. I just want some input on what i can add to my truck to boost my horsepower and performance. Just looking for some ideas. I don't want to go into real detail, just looking to make some decently quick adjustments. Thanks to all who help.

Message: Two of the most bang for the buck mods are HO cams and SCT tuning, beyond those to enhance are cold air intake, throttle body and high flow exhaust. It all depends on your price range, skill set, and what you want.
