Subject: new development IP: Logged
Message: this morning it was about 60 degrees, my 95 with the 318 stalled for the first time in about 2 weeks, wouldnt start back up, went back around 5 when it was warm and it fired right up but would only keep running if i kept the RPMs up
any ideas?

Message: it sounds like you iac is going bad or stuck is ur truck burning alot of oil? does it have alot of blowby? the iac is the idle air control it could be stripped they only have plastic threads in them. a good way to get by till u can get the problem fixed is to pull the pcv hose and see if the eng will idle if it doe there is def a problem with the iac.
