Hey, I have a 99 RT 5.9 and for some reason it has no balls when going from a stop. I can't even get the tires spinning, it will redline but it's slow and for a truck that's supposed to be ballzy its embarrassing. Any ideas?

warning lights not coming on, as for the fuel filter I'm not sure when it was changed I've only had it for 6 months.
