 Subject: V8 4.7 no bus pcm or wiring

I have a 02 dakota 4.7L fed emissions that only starts 1/3 of the time. I get the no bus message in the odometer. If I wiggle the center wiring adapter it will start. not sure if i should replace the PCM or the wiring harness. any thoughts would be helpful

Have you unplugged it and checked the pins/plug for
corrosion?
