Subject: V8 Smoke Inhalation IP: Logged
Message: I have a 4.7 V8 dakota that was exposed to enough
smoke to somewhat choke the engine and I was
wondering if there is anything I should clean, it
runs but I've noticed a small vibration during idle
every so often that I don't think was there before,
I'm thinking about air-flow/O2 sensors or something
to do with the throttle but have no idea what the
smoke could contaminate. I just want to make sure
everything is clean from soot and similar
substances. I already changed the air filter.

Message: Oil change & good filter, New air filter & try a
bottle of complete fuel system cleaner in the tank
with a fill up.

Message: If I inhaled a v8, I wouldn't be able to breath any more. Now if it's a v8 installation that's a different story!
