is it worthwhile to convert from an automatic transmission to a manual? Mine is a 1998 automatic 5.2 V8 Magnum
just wondering if anyone has done this and what the results were . . .

Sounds like a lot of work. You'll probably have to drill out the floor if you have a column shift.

no, its not worth it, I looked into it. I am on my third dakota and I have wished each of them were a stick. you have to change the steering column, the drive shaft, the trans, get different pedals, a clutch slave cyl, cross member....its worth just selling what you got and buying a stick.
