it would be very difficult. your truck would be easier to graft in a hemi. the 4.7 does not share the same transmissions as the older style LA block. Besides that the 360 is not that fantastic, it makes only about 20 hp more then your 4.7 and is less efficient.

The 360 has much more torque than the 4.7 though.
Some would consider it an easier swap than the hemi since there was a factory PCM to control that 360 in a '00 Dakota - while integrated engine management for the 5.7 would be difficult if not impossible.
