 Subject: yes another 360 swap question

anyone on here done a 239 (3.9) to 360 (5.9) swap recenlty (last year or less)? Have a 5.9 from a 96Ram with harness and comptuer and have harness connection questions. All else is no brainer (pan, pick up tube, right size trans, flywheel, etc). Putting in to a 95 2x4 rc/sb with stick. 360 was hooked to an auto. Harness has 3 main connectors flat, sq grey, and sq black. Truck has only 2, flat and sq grey. Any other issues I might run into.
