 Subject: '00 4.7 Fan Speed vibration

I just got my evaporator core swapped out since the old one leaked A/C refrigerant.
After this was done, I noticed a violent vibration when the fan speed is on the highest setting. On the second setting, i can hear a bit of a whistle.
The mechanic said it was b/c the blower was out of balance, and it was normal.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Your mechanic is lying to you. It's not normal. Take it back to them and make them do the repairs right this time. If the blower was out of balance wouldn't it have vibrated from day one?
