i have low voltage to fuel pump but 12 volts at relay beside battery. does the wire from relay go straight to pump or where does it go so i can start tracing out for storted wire. has 5.2 engine

You might be in luck
if/when you can rule out the fuel pump
Go under the hood
inner side driver side fender well
Black fuse relay box
Remove it
un-tape the wire harness
6 to 8 inches back
you are looking for 3 wires they are red/white
soldered together
cut the splice out
re-do it
re-assemble and you should be good to go

Follow the three wires from the shutdown, fuel and a/c relays in the box to the splice.

Followed wires to splice and spice is good checked voltage past splice and get 12.4 volts. Fuel pump has 3.9 volts to it. Harness conection at firewall is getting only 3.9 volts so i the wire under cab is good. the harness at firewall green wire with black strip goes into cab(green wire with black goes to fuel pump)any idea where it goes inside cab? i save this truck from junkyard this may be the reason it was there ha ha.
