I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota Sport with the 3.9 in it. I was wondering if it is possible to swap a V8 Dakota engine in mine without having to do some adjustments. Let me know.

Not easily. Not cheaply.
New engine computer and engine wiring harness at minimum. Possibly new transmission (and therefore transmission computer if automatic) to handle the increased power of the V8.
