Message: Another wix fan, been using them for years.
I got a Fram for my $500 truck for some lame reason and guess what... The rubber grip on the filter was all bubbled and flaking off. Crap quality.
Since the truck is a POS I put a POS filter on it. Bad move. I wonder what the inside looks like. Since I still want to use the truck I will switch filters ;)

Message: Wix makes probably the best filter out there. YOu can procure them at your local NAPA store under the NAPA GOLD trade name.
I would only use Fram for one thing. I would send it to the Taliban and say, here's the best way to keep your equipment running. Then sit back and laugh as all their stuff blows up.
