 Subject: 2002 dakota heater fan

2002 dakota heater fan , for about 1 year only ran on high, now doesnt run at all, removed blower hooked direct to battery it runs. fuse checked ok. 1 terminal in wire harness to blower indicates current all the time with circuit tester. has me stumped, any sugestions?

Yep. It's the blower motor resistor.
