Message: have a 2000 dakota r/t CC completly stock with 78,000 miles on it.
I have allways noticed in hot weather it lacks alot of power that it has on cooler days and it pings alot when it has this lack of power.
My temp gauge is reading around 200-205 degrees when I notice this.
Ive read about dropping in a 185 thermostat to solve this, does this really work?
