 Subject: Stabalizer bar link

I have one bad stabilizer bar link in my 02 2wd cc dakota and I tried to swap it out today with a moog before work. I raised the truck, took the top nut off, took the bottom nut off, but the bottom bolt seems to be welded in with rust. I tried pb blaster and beating on it with no luck. I also tried prying on the other side with no luck. I ran out of time for today, but I was wondering if there's a trick to this besides just breaking the rust? Has anyone else had this problem? Also, I put all the nuts back on so I could move my truck and it seems to drive ok. Is it safe to drive the truck with this messed up link?
