Message: If you have an external (outside the tank) fuel filter, change it. You have a pressure regulator, some on the fuel rail, others sit on top of the pump. If the reg is on the fuel rail, see if its working by removing then replacing the vac hose. The strainer/filter in the tank can also get plugged up but by the time you find that out, you're already in the tank with the pump out. The pumps usually work or they don't, the pumps are not usually the source of low pressure.
