 Subject: wooshing sound

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here it goes.
There is a sound coming from the front tires of my Dodge Dakota. Its woo woo woo woo woo as the tire spins. We've replaced the brake pad and rotors but the sound is still there.

could be your wheel bearings, but they dont usually "woosh" when
they fail.
