i don't want to sound like an @zz but judging from your question you can't have much experience with this sort of thing.
it is relatively easy to do but i strongly suggest that you first, purchase either a Haynes or Chilton's repair manual for your vehicle. they are only about 20 bucks. they are invaluable to the novice DYI'er.
now with that said, you should have to remove the coil pack for each plug them remove the old plug, install the new plug and re-install the coil pak.

Sonny, you've got 8 coil packs on a v8. one for each cylinder. don't forget to use antiseize on the new spark plug threads.
before attempting any of this please take my advice and buy one of those manuals.
