I have 2000 dodge dakota sport 4x4 manual transmission and I was tesing my 4x4 the other day on dry pavement which I know is not good for it but when I was turning slowly and then put the clutch in, the truck will roll a little and than stop without applying any brake it feels like there a brake being applied but its in nuetral and its fine when your going straight though it coasts normal, is this normal for the truck to be doing this when turning or should I be looking at getting it checked out?

Message: Nateskies,
Double check that you dont have a hung up brake caliper. I have seen in your year dak that the front caliper hung up and caused similar problems, or worse. If your truck pulls to one side when braking or otherwise, it could be a caliper.
Good luck.
