 Subject: Tranny oil flow

Does it matter which lines connect to the tubes coming from the rad. I just installed an new upper rad line to the quick connect the dealer say I have the right part but this new part is much shorter in order to hook everything back up It seems I have to reverse the lines coming from the tranny, these are also brand new. I hope this makes sense. Thanks Chris
