Some of the others utilize the stock airhat (which can be improved upon), and the Airaid uses the stock corrugated intake hose, which isn't conducive to smooth air flow.
Also, there is some argument as to the material the intake tube is made of, Aluminum or steel will heat-soak, whereas the FIPK's composite tube won't.
