 Subject: stalling problems plz hlp

truck was running great had no problems then went out this morning to go to work truck started fine got to end of drive way stop to look for cars then truck stalled out and only way i can get it started or keep it running is to hold gas down as soon as i let off it stalls out thinking maybe fuel fillter cloged not sure plz help thanks

Very unlikely to be a clogged fuel filter - that should affect times of large demand for fuel before affecting times of low demand for fuel. Maybe TPS or IAC ? The truck idled okay when you first started it, right ? Otherwise I'd suspect a low voltage problem. I suppose that could have happened after cranking lowered the voltage a bit - check charging voltage and battery condition too.
