I have a 2002 dakota with 4.7. Got HO cams, gutted third cat but the rest is stock. I've heard larger throttle bodies are available. Would I get better gas milage, better performance or both. Do any dakotas in later years have a TB thats bigger and will bolt on?

Haven't seen anyone posting about the latest version of the 4.7; but with the earlier ones - the '00 got a 65mm from the factory while all the others got 68mm TB. Larger aftermarket ones are available - expect a performance gain with complimentary mods; not better milage.

i have a 70mm bbk throttle body only diffrence is at WOT but not much save your money and go with a programer bbk tb $350
