Message: 2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7 V8 4X4.I am getting codes P0201,P0202,P0208 ..all injector control units. Also P0123, but the TPS was just replaced. And P1391, and P0356.
Yesterday and this morning, my truck was fine, then after a car wash this afternoon it started missing and stalled once. Is it possible for all this to suddenly happen at once?
Please speak slowly and with small words in your reply, I am a typically mechanically inept female. Thanks

This code got my attention: P1391
That one means the crankshaft or camshaft position sensor isn't communicating with the PCM properly. I am wondering if that is what's causing all the other codes to come up, as the engine isn't going to fire properly if the PCM doesn't know the position of the crank / cam shafts. Just a guess!
Anyone else have any ideas?

Message: First thing to try is clean/reset the connectors for the MAP, TPS, crank, and cam position sensors. Check the wires. Who knows? A compromised connection can easily throw off the PCM.
The P0123 indicates an issue between the TPS and MAP sensor (I think). So look there...
It would make sense if the cam sensor is flaking the PCM would have trouble with all the injectors.
