Subject: Trying to figure out what this part is IP: Logged
Message: Its a 97 5.2L , its located on the driver side, right behind the battery, between the headlight and the fuse box bolted on. The only reason I'm trying to figure out what it is, is because the plug coming from the fuse box won't plug into because one of the pins is bent into the corner and the gel on the back of it is melting off. The only thing on the front of it is the Chrysler star symbol and 56021561 60043

Message: i don't believe that '97 daks had daytime running lights. my '00 QC doesn't. unless they're outside the U.S.

Message: I have a canadian dak, and it's the daytime running lights. back in 2000, it tried to melt itself, so i unplugged it. been that way ever since. only other thing i found it affected was my high/low beam indicator on the dash.

Message: Yeah, I don't have them on my 2000 RC either, I just looked up that part number and that is what I came up with.
