 Subject: i need to git my back glass back in

alright long story short i ended up busting out my back glass this morning i went out and got the new back glass ihave it assembled and ready to go in what is the best way to git it back in should i put the great big weather strip/gromet that goes around the assembly back in the truck first with out the assembly then put the assembly back into it
or do i put the gromet around the assembly then put that whole thing into the truck
any help and tips would be appreciated

I busted the rear glass on my old truck loading a 4 wheeler. I placed the new assembly in the seal then I took a piece of rope and place it in the groove on the outside of the rubber seal and had my dad place it in the opening. I got inside the truck and while he pushed I pull the rope out and the window poped in place. I also used some silicon spray to ease installation.
