Subject: removing lower body trim?

I am currently debadging my 97 dakota and it has the lower body black trim pieces on the cab. I wanted to confirm that they where only held on by adhesive and no holes would be underneath when i remove the trim. anybody that has done this please reply to this.

By trim pieces, do you mean the side strips that protect your truck from other vehicle door hits in a parking lot situation?
If so, then yes.
And if they're still in good shape when you get them off, I'll gladly take them off your hands.

thers nuthing under the side molding except glue thats a pain to get off. but it looks 10x better when its all done and theres no black strip. good luck with it
