i was planning on converting my 5.9l from 2-barrel throttle body to a 4-barrel throttle body. i was wondering how hard it woould be to do that

Step 1. Remove 2-barrel throttle body.
Step 2. Install 4-barrel throttle body.
Might need an adapter.

i am sure there is a 4bbl manifold out there just not sure if it's MPI or not?

Might need an adapter? Why bother putting a 4V on a 2V? Better to use this MOP5007380.

the reason for converting it to a 4 barrel is because the valley pan gasket keeps going out.

Wasn't questioning why a change in manifolds. I was pointing out (to Chuck) that putting a 4V TB on a 2V manifold was a waste.
