Not having one, you need to disconnect the negative battery, wait at least two minutes for the airbag capacitor to lose its charge, then you can remove the steering wheel airbag.
There are two 8mm bolts on the backside of the steering wheel cover: remove them. The airbag module can be twisted a bit and removed. Disconnect the horn and airbag wires. Then go about removing the clockspring.
