Whenever i try to change my 42re transmission gear from reverse to park, i hear a grindung sound just as if the park rod of the tranny isn't at the right place in the overdrive case.
Would it be cause by a not rightly ajusted tranny band?
And if not What could cause it?
P.S.:
The grinding noise only occures went i'm trying to go to Park otherwise everything is just fine.In other words i have to shut the engine off before going to PARK.
Any help would be Good.
