 Subject: cruise control question

I've had my '01 R/T for 2 months now. I bought this truck for high-speed, long-distance travel.
So far so good, with the only exception being the cruise control. Dad-Gum thing only works up to about 87 mph. Anybody know how to hotwire this thing to get it to set at a reasonable speed????

Wow my 99 used to work up till 90mph. LOL
Never bothered trying to change it so off hand I can't help. A reflash may get rid of it. At least no easy way to stop that & still have the cruise work period.
