 Subject: 00 V8 Wheezing Noise on Turns

00 V8 has wheezing noise when making turns. checked steering fluid and level is ok. i recently got 4 new tires and don't know if this has something to do with it. i'm taking the truck to the shop on monday. any insight on what might causing this problem?

could be power steering pump getting ready to go out. does it get louder when the truck heats up and you turn you wheels?
