Subject: EGR valve or not?

I posted below about an occasional engine stumble or hesitation usual more noticeable with OD off and after getting up to 3rd (seems to shift early to third and kind of lugs). Sometimes you get the jerky feeling when letting off throttle.

It is also present with OD on, but less noticeable. Others have thought it sounds more like an engine misfire than transmission or torque converter.

I changed the plugs, still notice it. The Bosch platinums were worn more than I thought they would be with about 50,000 miles on them. Thought I could see some speckles like it may be lean, but looking at pics on internet they appear for the most part normal.

I found on DodgeTalk for 4.7L pictures of an EGR circuit which when I look at my motor, there are hoses, etc. shown on those pics that mine does not appear to have.

Does the 2000 4.7L have EGR or not? This is confusing.

Also the IAC plunger was very dirty, as was the TB just inside the plate. I wiped it out, but didn't spray anything into it. The black stuff inside TB was a even wet (like black oil).

I recently ran a bottle of Lucas fuel treatment. Intend to try Seafoam.

I have read it is best to remove TB to clean, not just spray stuff in. I did not want to remove TB yesterday as I never did it before and had enough to do with just the plugs.

What are thoughts about leaving TB on for cleaning? Any recommendations?
