 Subject: fastest smog legal R/T ???

Hey peeps, I have a 2000 Club Cab R/T I am about to pay off my loan and I am finally going to actually own it and have some extra $ to put in it, problem is I live in california where I have to smog it every 2 years.
What kind of performance can I expect if i do all the smog legal bolt on's?
Is there a smog legal supercharger?

Only if the parts have a C.A.R.B E.O Number ....This E.O. Number indicates that the product is legal to sell, distribute and install on street driven vehicles in all 50 states. And you have to have that paper work in hand when you go for a test. Most parts will come with a sticker you put under your hood so the inspector can see it.
