 Subject: Rear Door Window

To all: I do have a Dakota 2001 Ext. Cab. The rear dor window is not operating. I did open the panel finding a broken plastic piece. This piece act as a guide to the cable and is attach to a support frame at the bottom of the door. I replace the part but I think the motor is gone. How difficult is to replace the motor for the Rear Door Window? Anyone can help my with this matter? Thank you very much

I've taken my drivers door power window out several times to fix it.
It is a simple push-pull cable system. the motor comes off with three screws leaving the rest of the cable system in tact.
Should be easy.
