That won't fit, it is for a 4.7. He needs a 5.2 or 5.9 TB.

I've got one - I can throw it on ebay for easy payment and insured delivery (etc.) if you want.
I had it on my 2000 v6 5 spd (great mod) but traded it in and ripped the TB off. Its missing the IAC if thats a problem.
I also have the V8 throttle body cable around too if you need that.
Both for $60 total shipped (if you are in U.S.).
