I keep getting the following codes P0204, P0205, P0208. The codes varies at times. I drive a lot of kms and it happens on long rides. The RPM's will stick up at 2000 and I have to kick it down like the old carburators. I own a 2000 Dodge Dakota and it has 245,000 km on it. What is causing the codes to appear.

P0204- cyl#4, P0205 - cyl#5 and P0208 - cyl#8
injector output driver stage does not respond properly to the control signal.
have you ever changed the O2 sensor/s? could be a bad/diry connection at the injector. or you could try some Seafoam in the tank.
