Need some help. I previously read a board on here regarding this problem. I have a 1998 Dakota, automatic 5.2 V8, 116K miles. The ABS light and brake light come on after reaching 65-70 MPH. This shuts down the rear ABS system. Prior to the error lights, the ABS pump is ticking on braking and it can be felt in the brake pedal with a drop and vibration. The speedometer works fine below 20 MPH. I have replaced the rear differential speed sensor with no change at all. Should I replace the tranny sensor or the brake switch sensor next? Or can you point me to the thread that covered this subject pretty thoroughly, but most of those posts also had speedometer problems as well? There are no other lights or issues with the truck.

I'm having the exact same issue. Did you ever get a resolution?
