 Subject: front end noise

I have a 2003 v8 Quad cab 4x2. when ever we turn either direction you hear a noise from the front end. Kinda a Whoo- Whoo noise. nothing when going straight. What do you think is causeing this? The other day I was in a parking lot and a Durando when by and started makeing the same noise when it turned.

the "Whoo- Whoo" ran from 03 - 06
from 2000 - 02 "wooo - wooo"
and the 07's are "wooosh - wooosh"
can't wait to hear the 08's
