Message: Yes they will. I have Procomp All Terrains in that size on my 2004 4x4 Dakota. The Procomps replace the OEM tires that were 265/70-16.
Raised the front an inch with the torsion rod adjusters just to be safe. No rubbing in 7500 miles.

Message: Well. You could loosen all the bumper attaching bolts, slide the bumper forward enough for tire clearance, then tighten up the bolts.

Message: torsion bar adjusters are on the torsion bar cross member.... turn both bolts equal turns clock-wise with an impact gun or long breaker bar... or just take hack saw blade and trim the plastic peice till they clear...

Message: Dan - since your truck is a 4x4 it sits higher than a 2WD...correct? Will the 265/75's work on a 2WD with no modifications? I have an '03 QuadCab 2WD with the 16" x 8" wheels and I want to upsize from the 255/70's I have now.

Message: I don't think they will fit on the 2wd without modification. The 2wd and 4wd are different ride heights. The 05-07 are the same ride height.
I can take a picture of full turn on my truck if you want, it's close to rubbing. during turns on rough terrain (some of the forestry service roads i travel on to fish are gravel and very rough/bumpy/potholes).
