I put on my truck a super 40 series flowmaster single inlet duel outlet, it sounds really good, I still have the stock intake on and im thinking of putting on a K&N crome air cleaner will it make my exhaulst any noticably louder?

Nope.
And unless you're running aorund with the hood off, nobody's gonna give a rip about a overpriced chrome air filter holder.

actually u can pick up a crome air cleaner for like 40 bucks k&n is like 75 alot cheaper than spending 400 for a cold air
