Message: Have four sensors. Every once in awhile I get a lite that says the fourth sensor is out of spec. Who has the best price on O2 sensors. Is this a time change item? (69,000). Should I change them all?

Message: Defineltly swap them out if you doubted them make sure everything is else is good like your tuneup is recent plugs, wires, cap rotor all good then look at your fuel when last time your injectors cleaned and check for the resistance values and fuel pressure, list could go on. If you do changed them out most of the time you need to changed the ones before the cat. converter they are what detimines the best air/fuel ratio and the ones after the cat. converter are there to monitor cat.converter efficency and if you have a cat. converter problem then I would changed them all (4) and use OEM from dealer which is NTK brand which NGK makes for our trucks so if you dont want spend more at the dealer if you do be sure to give them the exact part number on sensor(s) and tell them what you working with same goes if you order them off line which NGK.com is cheaper. And stay away from BOSCH brand lot of failures i've dealt with they have a tendency to lean out after 10,15,000 miles later and mileage will suffer if you looking to get back or lost
